“Warmth makes the first ten minutes of moving easier. Then every week, you move a little more.”

Four questions before any yes

  1. Would I hand this to my own patient?
  2. Is it gentle enough for older skin?
  3. Does it help people move?
  4. Can I explain it in one honest sentence?

One “no” and we don’t sell it.

Her 6-week plan

Every product comes with Anna’s Warm 15 · Move 10 plan: short videos and a printable guide for the fridge.

  • Weeks 1–2: wake things up with gentle moves.
  • Weeks 3–4: build support with sit-to-stands and calf raises.
  • Weeks 5–6: take it outside, with longer walks.

Her ground rules

  • Start on the lowest setting, over clothing.
  • 15 minutes of warmth is enough. Never sleep with it on.
  • Warmth first, then movement: the pair works best.
